An Example Of How Human Mind Works

The [tag-tec]human mind[/tag-tec] is divided into two very different sections, the conscious and subconscious. The conscious mind is responsible for all our logical conscious thoughts and decisions whereas [tag-tec]subconscious[/tag-tec] regulates our autonomous activity (such as knowing how much pressure to apply to your grip in order to pick up a delicate object without breaking it). The mind can be best compared to a computer, the [tag-tec]conscious[/tag-tec] mind being the monitor or a keyboard and the subconscious being the processor.

The [tag-ice]conscious[/tag-ice] mind is a kind of a guardian, since it takes care of our body and helps us to survive. The communication between the conscious and subconscious is very limited. When our subconscious mind wants to communicate with us, this communication will often take on the form of a [tag-tec]dream[/tag-tec]. In a [tag-ice]dream[/tag-ice], of course, to confuse the matters even more, the message will be vague and far from clear. It’s like our subconscious mind speaks a different language.

Somewhere between our two minds is what I often call the guardian. Since our subconscious mind will process and take on anything that enters it no matter how bizarre, the purpose of the guardian is to protect us. There are only a few things that can relieve the guard of his duties, and one of these is [tag-tec]hypnosis session[/tag-tec].

However, [tag-tec]hypnosis[/tag-tec] session is not the only way for the [tag-tec]suggestion[/tag-tec] to enter our subconscious. It is also through daydreaming, shock and confusion that this door can be left ajar.

This door is usually closed, but it sometimes opens when we are deeply relaxed. An overload of stress can also temporarily shut down the guardian and let subconscious take over and, before you know it, a ridiculous [tag-tec]suggestive[/tag-tec] is willingly accepted in the subconscious. This often results in some deep-seated emotional problems or phobias and, because they are rooted in the [tag-ice]subconscious[/tag-ice], solutions working their way at the conscious level are useless. They will remain until another `conflicting suggestion´ replaces them. This is where [tag-ice]hypnosis session[/tag-ice] comes to the rescue.
